    　  王華明，男，漢族，1969年5月生，中共黨員。2020年1月任福建海事局黨組成員、副局長。

    ????黨組成員、副局長王華明同志，協助局長分管指揮中心（搜救中心辦公室）、危管防污處、法規規范處、人事教育處、科技信息處和政務中心。海事監管業務工作與宋劍華同志互為替代。聯系莆田海事局黨委、東海航海保障中心福州航標處黨委和福州通信中心黨支部、東海救助局福州基地黨總支。
